Property is in a great location. Nice and modern rooms but surfaces were dusty and rugs could have been better vacuumed. Complimentary daily water bottles was a nice perk. Pool area is well maintained with a friendly staff member circulating regularly.

Loved the lit up entrance to valet and the really nice and helpful valet staff, one of the cleanest Hotwl properties of all the 4 star and above I have stayed at in years. No funny smells by elevator and they know how to clean a bathroom

This hotel was walking distance to many good restaurants and grocery/convenience stores. We liked that there was plenty of walking distance shops as well. Rooms were clean and fully fuctional. Just beware the pool lady is annoying by constantly checking on the pool area and watching the cameras. She must of checked on us about 5 times in a span of 2 hrs.

Comfortable stay with some oddities.

Design of hotel inconvenient for North Tower gues who must walk in the rain to catch an Uber at alternate tower. The lobby furnishings are hideous with bright multi colored couches that scream bad design. Food options were uninspired like a convention hotel. On the positive side, corner room was large and comfortable.

My wife and I travelled with 2 teenage boys on vacation for 8 days. We chose to stay at this hotel based on its central location(Robson Street shopping, the Hospital, 4 pharmacies, and lots of local dining options) and walkability. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, which was comfortable, but the master bedroom is very small. The master bedroom looked older and worn down; our electricity on one of the nightstands did not work the entire trip. We did call for help, and immediately someone came to fix it, but it fizzled out hours later. Every staff member was polite and helpful, which more than made up for the electricity and the dated aesthetics of our room. The on-site restaurant and bar at first glance seemed very generic, but we chose to give it a try. The food and drinks are surprisingly good. We ended up having about 4 meals there(if you like prime rib, give Prime Rib Sundays a try). The bar pours are gracious as well. We didn't get a car, so we took Uber everywhere, which was very convenient and fast. I would recommend being vigilant in the area at night due to the heavy homeless population, as there are mental health and at-risk facilities across the street from the hotel. Most of the people we encountered were harmless. We live in a big city, so it was not an issue, but be ware of your surroundings in the evenings would be my advice. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, but rethink room accommodations; it is not a luxury hotel, but solid for a family vacation.
