I was looking forward to staying here and they didn't disappoint. We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed. Beautiful, clean rooms. Big bathroom, updated. They have everything you need including body lotion! The coffee they offer for free is so delicious.They held onto our bags all day so we could explore the city before travelling home. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Amazing option

Really comfortable and new hotel! The refurbishment is still undergoing, but everything was perfect and you can't hardly notice there is work going on. Rooms are beautiful! The area around the hotel is improving, but you can still see some homeless people around.

I stayed here for a business trip and was impressed by how spacious and well equipped the rooms were. The hotel is also conveniently located in Downtown, walkable to the skytrain Waterfront station and also close to many amenities and Gastown. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay although the hotel is undergoing construction so be aware that around 7am it gets noisy. I stayed during a work trip so was fine as I was up anyway but if I was on vacation and hoping to sleep in, I would have been disappointed.

Fantastic stay!

Loved the stay, been there often but with the renovations, wow! Friendly service, chat with you about dinner recommendations and make you feel pretty special. Close to the sea and round the corner from jam cafe. Bliss!

I liked the location of the hotel and how close it was to the areas we came to Vancouver for. I disliked the construction that was happening on the top floor and how early it started in the morning. If I would have known of the renovations happening at the time of my stay I would have booked elsewhere. Other than that, bed was nice, bathroom could have been cleaner, and the floor left our socks dirty.

I love the history of the hotel! It had the perfect mix of heritage with a beautiful modern bathroom. Currently parts of the hotel are under construction so that took a bit away from the experience a bit. Would love to stay again when it’s all done.
