La chambre été propre et bien faite. La literie est devenue vieille,, le décor des chambres aussi, j'ai extrêmement mal dormi. J'ai donc changé de chambre pour la 2° nuit, après que la responsable ait reconnu le fait que la literie avait besoin d'être changée. La Literie était donc meilleure dans cette 2° chambre, mais la chambre, sous les toits, sentait l'humidité avec un mélange de fumée....

J’ai voulu faire plaisir à mes enfants en leur réservant une chambre dans cet établissement. Choisir un 4 étoiles me semblait être un gage de confort, or il n’en a rien été. Lorsqu’ils sont arrivés, impossible d’accéder à la chambre sans payer les frais, alors qu’ils ont 2 petits enfants. Dans la chambre le lit bébé n’était pas installé, alors que j’avais donné les âges des enfants et on leur a dit qu’il n’y avait personne pour le faire ??? Le lendemain pour profiter du jacuzzi il fallait payer 10€ par personne, indiqué nulle part sur l’offre. Que de déceptions, la prochaine fois je réserverai dans un rbnb et j’en aurai pour mon argent ! Bien évidement je ne vous recommande pas cet établissement!!!
