Charming residence - 4 to 6 people. 70 m² In a former 19th-century sheepfold - Authentic village - Peace and quiet guaranteed in winter and summer for this very spacious apartment, which is rustic, modern and particularly cosy.
Ski slopes accessible on foot.
Fully equipped with all mod cons and completely renovated. The apartment has vaulted ceilings and is very bright. It consists of two main rooms: a large 40 m² living room with a fully equipped kitchen area and a large bedroom of almost 30 m². Electric heating is complemented in the living room by a Scandinavian wood-burning stove, creating a very warm atmosphere.
The comprehensive facilities and tasteful décor make for a particularly pleasant and welcoming stay.

Located above the village of Vars Sainte-Marie, the apartment enjoys excellent exposure and unobstructed views of the Forêt Blanche mountain range in both winter and summer.

Close to small shops. All activities available on site or at the Vars Les Claux resort.
Outside: 250 m² south-southwest facing garden with magnificent views of the Vars valley. Private parking.

Rates are for 4 people. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (7 days). They can be arranged outside of school holidays. Discounts are available for stays of 7 days or more.
