The beautifully furnished holiday flat has two bedrooms, divided into a double room and a triple room. The simple, bright kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area and the flat also has a friendly bathroom and a separate WC.
House Ladina/ 5th floor – right / Elevator / Wifi yes / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with bunk bed and single bed / 1 bathroom with WC and shower / 1 separate WC All lake street apartments house numbers 4-6 are located in the center of Lenzerheide and feature a south-facing balcony. They are directly connected to the ski slope/cross-country skiing trail and are in close proximity to the free sports bus and various shopping opportunities. A great starting point for all winter/summer activities for the whole family. (In the same House Ladina, the vacation apartments No. 58, No. 63 and No. 68 are located)
- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid directly to the landlord on site (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
