Absolutelly value for money!

Very friendly staff and nice room. Nicely placed in town centre. Superb breakfast! Easy free parking next to the hotel. Dont bother paying for parking unless you need surveillance for your car.

The service was quite poor several times. Long waiting time in the reception at check-in and check-out etc. No cleaning of the room eventhough we stayed two nights and had asked for it. My daughter left her sleeping mask and I had to call to let them know we forgot it. I had to wait 27 minutes as number 1 in the telephone line!!!!! Only to get a hold on someone who didn't care at all. Asked my room number 3 times during the call, my name and my phone number 2 times... Could she maybe write it down!? I asked if they could send it to us when they found it, since it's very important for my daughter, but she just said "Probably not"! She promised to check up and call back but I never received a call back!!! Not good enough service!

Det var overall en god oplevelse. Dog kunne modtagelsen i receptionen have været mere imødekommende. Men alt fungerede godt med parkering i kælderen. Dejligt stort værelse. Skønne produkter på badeværelset. Vi savnede en bademåtte. Morgenbuffeten var virkelig god!!
