Due to the complexity of the APCOSTAS Torre del Mar Playa apartments, the photographs of the interiors and exteriors are examples, they do not represent the variety of apartments we have.
SITUATION:Between 50 and 300 meters. from the beach, in the urban area and 1.5 km. from the Caleta de Vélez sports-fishing port and the Baviera Golf golf course.
COMPOSITION:Several apartment properties spread throughout the town of Torre del Mar. They have: 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed or extra bed, kitchen, full bathroom and terrace. All with A/C (only in the living room), T.V., washing machine and microwave. Some with open terrace and others with closed terrace
AMENITIES IN THE APARTMENTElevator, swimming pool (from 06/15-09/15 approx.) and some with garden and tennis court, garage (upon request and direct payment). Nearby restaurants, bars, supermarkets, laundries.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:Equipment (sheets and towels), water, gas and electricity, arrival and departure cleaning, weekly change of linen and use of the pool. Possibility of daily cleaning and change of clothes, direct payment.
