Beautiful hotel sadly zero service and hospitality

The hotel itself is beautiful, sadly the service was not exiting. Staff in the reception was cold and unfriendly, hotel is busy with wedding event. It seems that their main business is the wedding event instead of a hotel. For your entire stay they only provide 4 coffee capsules, this is insane as a so called 4 stars hotel. The worst part of our stay was visiting the restaurant, the waitress was rude, and they treat guests differently.

O melhor hotel da viagem ! Perto da Praia mas localizado nas montanhas em um lugar incrível. Calmo, silencioso, perfeito para casais que querem descansar e ter uma excelente refeição. Lovely hotel, very clean, great views to the coast, stands in nice grounds, food excellent. The hotel has some character, is in good position to discover coast or countryside. Downside would have liked a fridge in the room, and found the room safe was not fixed to anything and could have been carried off!

If you are looking for a quiet relaxing break this is the place for you. Our room was no.3 it was spacious and had a lovely outside space with table and chairs we ordered room service and enjoyed breakfast there. The views were absolutely beautiful very green with mountains in the distance. I hate to criticise anything about this beautiful hotel but tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a nice touch.

El hotel está en un entorno con unas vistas espectaculares, en lo alto de una colina, apartado unos 3 km del centro urbano de Velez-Málaga. Las instalaciones y el edificio están muy cuidadas. Por contra, la habitación no se corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas, la TV era de 17” (el tamaño de un monitor de PC), no hay nevera en la habitación, cafetera, etc... y falta mantenimiento. Además nos dieron la habitación 001, que es una habitación adaptada para personas con movilidad reducida.
