The hotel has zero communication I was in touch with them via all different platforms to confirm they will provide a baby cot the host did not reply to any of my messages. I ended up arranging alternative accommodation.

I submitted all required paperwork such as passports and paid the tourist taxes in order to gain access to the property. I arrived to venice after i paid 70 euros via cab which is ridiculous to then get to a water boat (19 euros ) and the walked like a mile with baggage to this place. These people never send me the code to open the lock to gain access. I called the phone number listed on the confirmation email and messaged them via WhatsApp. They never responded, so i looked for a different place to book but every single hotel vlose by was booked. I had no choice to pay another 70 euros and return to the airport where i slept that night. These people scammed me literally. STAY AWAY DO NOT BOOK YOUR STAY HERE.

Nice place overall. Great location close to lots of good places. The main bathroom sink was not very clean. The counter is untreated wood which is hard to clean. Window coverings are thin so sleeping-in is not an option. AC in main bedroom made random mechanical noises. May needs servicing. There is a rotten smell in the main bedroom. Not sure where it is comes from. Maybe AC or sewer backup.
