Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.

Location is supreme. Can be reached by water taxi from the airport. A bit far from San Marco, but that's the advantage bc less noise. Hotel is clean by the canal with nice view in the morning. Staff is helpful and friendly. Will come back staying here again 👍

I thought the location of the property was absolutely great. The hotel itself was fine - small shower and overall not the nicest looking bathroom, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. If I had been better about booking out earlier I think I would have been thrilled by it overall, but as it was I paid a bit too much for just a fine hotel in a great area.

Nice Location, But Service needed Work

The location is a bit far from the center, but it makes for a good walk. There are great pasta restaurants nearby. The service is decent but not fully reliable when it comes to resolving issues—only halfway there. The TV and remote didn’t work, and some outlets were out of order. It’s clear they don’t always thoroughly check the rooms before guests arrive, which needs improvement. The lounge and outdoor patio are nice. My room had a beautiful view over the canal with boats and plenty of sunlight.

Very nice hotel! I enjoyed my stay here and the staff was amazing and so helpful with all of our questions, they also spoke really great English. Tranquil area of Venice which was a plus for us, close to the train station and vaporetto. Breakfast was great and a major convenience. The air conditioning was broken in our original room and it was very hot outside. We were eventually moved to a different room and our kids ended up having to share a pull out couch instead of having their own beds, but at least it was cool. Rooms are a little dark and dated, but overall a good experience.
