We ordered dinner from the restaurant the night we arrived. We order at 6:32 p.m. and the food arrived an hour later. Breakfast was also unimpressive. There went many options for vegetarians unless you want cereal or toast. The mixed fruits tasted like it was fermenting like it had been canned. It really wasn't good. The staff were wonderful it is just the food that was a let down for me.

The room was spotless, the front desk young lady was amazing! Only thing I would recommend is to give information with the reservation about your location. It can be difficult to find when you are not familiar with the are, specially at night. Otherwise the place for a quick stay was just the perfect stay for us.

The hotel is perfectly located for access to the water bus. This could do with some signage though as we walked for thirty minutes then realised we had completed a circle. The front of house reception staff scoring should be separated from the service staff as they deserve 6 stars. They were amazing. Unfortunately the room service staff are not very thurough. The bed wasn't made. It was just tidied a little and the used cups not cleaned or replaced just put next to the kettle with coffee still in the bottoms.

We were staying in this hotel for a night in general it’s 6 out of 10. Bc of cleanness of the hotel. It’s looks pretty new place but they way how it’s cleaned terrible. You entering to the room and feel it like a motel. Walls are dirty, sink in the bathroom yellow looks like never been cleaned. Hair in a shower. Spotted linen. Lobby is fine and breakfast is ok even do no healthy choices.

No complaints about the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, as is the rest of the hotel. The area, however, has extremely limited connectivity to the Marco Polo airport. The hotel offered me a shuttle service for a whopping 80€. Ended up walking 20 minutes with luggage across a challenging hilly terrain to catch the express bus at 5 am.
