A/C has very little control by guest and is 75 degrees at best, will not go any cooler even when outside temperature is cool. Water leak under sink soaked all of our towels. Limited assistance with either issue.

Very clean hotel and comfy beds, close to water bus stop. Made a mistake of having breakfast after 9 when everyone wants to have breakfast as well so the queue to the buffet was very long, spent like 20-30mins for their hot food selection.

Room was good after a request to change from the ground floor kitchen view to second floor inside room to room view. The hotel is at a good location closed to the water bus line 2. Easy access to the Venice train station and other main attractions.

Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Nice bed, pillows, sheets for a great nights rest. Loved bed the air conditioning—perfect temp in room and completely quiet too. High ceilings, cool Venetian decor, great shower. Super close to public boat station. Free breakfast with plenty of choices. A few breakfast items were not good to eat, but tons of other choices to pick, so can’t complain. I’m overall A+ stay, very happy

This property is new and situated in a great location near the ferry. However, I did have an issue during my stay. I found it concerning that we had to request room service to have our sheets changed. After being away for three days, we returned to find that while the room had been cleaned, the dirty sheets had simply been made up again. This was the only problem we encountered at the hotel. I'm not sure if this policy is standard for all guests, but it would be nice to have automatic sheet changes without needing to ask."

Fabulous hotel, great location for the vaperetto and access to the bus station. Breakfast was varied with lots of options and the beds were very comfy with lovely pillows.
