Very friendly staff. Pretty hotel and large room. A tiny view of a canal from our suite. A little bit noisy and quite a walk from the train station. Took us about 1/2 hour and many bridge crossings/stairs.

This hotel is very well located, elegant and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. It included the breakfast. They also have a restaurant two blocks away and give you a small welcome drink(wine) or limoncello. You can black out windows and beds are comfortable. You can walk everywhere

We had a very early checkout due to our flight and we had to book a water taxi to get off the island at 3AM. The gentleman in the lobby had slept in the lobby and helped us get safely to our boat! Great location and great staff, highly recommend!

Great place to stay! The hotel was very nice, immaculate, rooms were nicely appointed, great location, and absolutely delicious breakfasts and wonderful wait staff. All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure. Great overall experience. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved our stay in Venice!

Lovely stay in Venice

We loved this place! Centrally located, easy distance from transportation on the Grand Canal, and a fine breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.and after spending a week in a small bedroom in a sailing ship the space was fantastic!

We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very gracious, especially the front desk associate, Martina. She was extremely helpful with a package we were expecting. She went beyond expectations. The breakfasts were quite good, especially fresh fruit and bread. The accommodations were the only thing lacking. The room was extremely small, not enough room to open your luggage, and the shower stall barely open far enough to fit in and only trickled water from shower. For the price, I would expect more, but as a whole we were satisfied.

The hotel is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants around, and main attractions within easy walking distance. Also a very good breakfast. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent front desk staff. Martina provided excellent service via email prior to our stay to arrange transportation to Trieste, and was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Harley also helped with travel arrangements prior to our actual stay, and responded immediately to every email. Last, but not least, Frederico was very kind and helpful, even arranging for and walking us to the Rialto dock to help us locate and board a private water taxi. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has an excellent location, you can get to Rialto Bridge area and St Mark’s square in just a few minute walk. (Water taxis at both). The area is surrounded by shops and restaurants and has a wonderful staff that helped us quite a bit. The hotel is on a small canal with some rooms getting that view. The complimentary breakfast was great, very happy with our choice to stay here. Rooms were smaller, but many are in Venice.

Excellent Hotel

Hotel lobby was beautiful. Location great, right between St.Marks and the Canal and Rialto Bridge. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast each day. And ice water was available in the lobby all day. ❤️

This hotel has the best location- 4-min walk to Piazza San Marco, 6-min walk to Rialto and nearby the hotel are plenty of options for eating good food, gelato and souvenir shopping. There are also a few upscale shops, a bookstore and lots of quaint bridges and gondola services. Get the breakfast option as well, it’s worth the money land the options are plenty and delicious
