We were complete newbies when it comes to Venice. We had limited time and lots of questions. Their concierge was excellent and made us feel comfortable, ready to explore and have fun. The room was recently remodeled, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Location is hard to beat.

This place was AMAZING. The staff were extremely kind, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries brought everyday! The hotel is however a 35 minute walk from the train station which was rough with luggage, but my boyfriend and I managed.

Enjoyed Montecarlo

Great location, staff very welcoming and great to ask for recommendations. Rooms are clean, comfortable and have great A/C. We enjoyed the breakfast and afternoon tea. The hotel gives a complimentary tour to a Morano Glass Factory. You get to see a glass maker demonstrate glass making and get to see ahd hear about Murano Glass and have a chance to purchase if you desire. A particulatly helpful service is that a staff member will take your luggage and usher you to the water taxi pickup for the train station or airport.
