Great location

Located across the road from the train station into Venice it is a great location for easy access into the city. Stree outside can be noisey at night but room was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. Easy internet access but tv only showed Italian, French or German speaking channels. Transport is excellent as the train station is opposite the hotel. The train will take you straight not Venice or any other parts of Italy. Great stay (again).

Staff was accommodating Room had old world charm and was spotless. TV in room did not work and no one could fix it. Offer to change rooms but was too late in evening. They comp'd my breakfast so they did what they could to make it right.

Property is located right across the street from the train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included. Everything is old. needs update. You cant even sit straight on the toilet. Shelf in the way. Doorknob on closet fell off. Only provided one pillow per person. Didnt give us bath towels one night. Didnt answer phone . Had to go downstairs to speak to reception.

Loved the location of this hotel close to the train station, proximity to the ATVO office and airport pick up, and to dining and coffee options. The room was spacious and the bathroom large. The bathtub was a little high off the ground, which was a little tricky and could use a bit of maintenance and updating, but overall, plenty of space to move about. The room itself was great; the hallways wide and quiet. The second twin-sized bed was practically falling apart and the slats unsteady which is quite dangerous. The lobby was very nice with many seating options. Elevators quick and fast moving. The staff could manage to be a bit more friendly/welcoming. The check in and check out felt transactional. The staff person on the other end of the phone call to reception seemed a bit annoyed when I called to confirm breakfast start and end time. I would consider staying at this hotel again if the staff were a tad bit friendlier/hospitable. They seemed to busy with speaking Italian amongst themselves then truly welcoming me and my family to the hotel.
