Put in the incorrect room although I insisted it was wrong but at 9pm why argue. An hour later the error was corrected and we moved to correct room.
Room had mold as both mornings we couldn’t open our eyes and felt like something in room causing this.
We were promised direct transfers to the Venice airport for $22 but the boat broke down that night, they said we could walk 20 minutes with all our bags to catch a direct ferry or transfer twice and spend 2 hours to reach airport. They set up a private taxi that was to pick us up no later then 9:30 am at our cost of $150 and when we went to lobby at 9:10am they had NO record of the night manager (jose) that set up the taxi. He called and said it was a mix up and the taxi would arrive at 9:30. At 9:45 he called again and said it was 5 min away. it showed at 10am. So we missed our connection, we paid $150 to be late when we were promised a $22 transfer when we booked this hotel. The Only good part of the stay was our waitress at the restaurant on the 1st night, Chris, she was excellent.
Overall very disappointed with experience.
