Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Private backyard sanctuary where you will find an open furnished patio with a small pond, fire pit, encased grilling/smoker area, and outdoor dining set.
For more fun in the sun we have provided beach towels, sand toys and boogie boards to make your time at the beach fun for the whole family.

Fantastic home and host!

We stayed in Julie's house for almost 5 weeks. We have been coming to Venice for the last 4 years and this house was our favorite so far. Nicely furnished and cared for. Great area and convenient to everything we like. Bedrooms and bathrooms were located nicely for privacy. Backyard area was great! Julie was a fantastic host. Very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!
