The staff went above and beyond — incredibly helpful with luggage and full of great local tips. The hotel itself is charming and well-located. One thing to be aware of: there are several flights of stairs with no elevator, which could be challenging if you have mobility issues or heavy bags

Clean, and very helpful and polite staff. The location is amazing and you can walk all over Venice from the location. It is also very easy to get to the location using google maps. Rooms cane with hair dryer, Bodywash/shampoo. The one area of improvement is that the wifi is quite a bit slow on the 4th floor.

The hotel was very clean and felt very safe. Great location and very close to the Rialto Bridge. Staff was great and very kind, even suggested a waterboat to get to the airport which was a much cheaper option to a water taxi.
