San Teodoro Palace Luxury Apartments is the best location money can buy in Venice! Just steps from the Rialto Bridge, the living room alone has five balconies overlooking one of the city’s most famous squares—a truly breathtaking view. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-equipped. We even caught an opera in a historic building just across the square! While the beds weren’t the most comfortable (which is common in Europe) and the AC took some time to kick in, opening the windows let in a nice breeze. The fully digital check-in and service made everything seamless—guest services were responsive and even brought extra supplies quickly. We never needed to see a single person, making it a perfect, hassle-free stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Venice!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has two rooms, each has its own bathroom. However, one of the bathrooms wall was broken and cheaply fixed. Since it is on the third floor, the sound of dragging a chair made cray noise at night. I had to wear ear plugs to get some sleep. The ground floor entrance door can’t lock unless you slam the door, which makes very loud noise. The only good thing about this apartment is its spacious and great location.

Large and well furnished apartment perfect for a family on vacations. Extremely well located, close to main attractions like Piazza San Marco, nice restaurants and shopping area, all within walking distance. Staff was friendly and available to fix minor maintenence issues.

Fantastic location in the heart of Venice. On Expedia this property advertises 7 different apartments at different price points. My wife and I booked our choice of apartments here among the 7 that were available. When we arrived we immediately realized it wasn’t the apartment we booked. The response from management was that when booking an apartment the guest isn’t actually choosing a specific apartment and they allocate the apartments to their guests as they choose, and they claimed this is normal. We were pretty frustrated, and they offered to move apartments the following day after arriving. We only had a two day trip but we took them up on their offer. It was a pain and hours were wasted on this issue. I’m still perplexed by this and can’t believe they get away with it.

We loved this place! It is just around the corner from the Rialto bridge- location couldn’t be better! It was very clean and because it’s an apartment, had the conveniences of home such as a kitchen. Very nice when travelling with children! I would absolutely recommend anyone stay here!

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. I loved the decor! Checkout was 10.30am however we asked to extend it to 11am which was granted. In the morning, the cleaner was ringing our bell at 10.15am asking us if we were ready to chekout. Apart from this, it was a wonderful stay!

Very convenient location. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a despar mini market nearby for all your needs, including Prosecco and beer. Venice is unbelievably beautiful!!!!
