I like everything about this property location location location was beautiful. It was very clean. Very organize. Nice Excellent staff I’ll text them or call them. They’ll text you right back with no minutes waiting. You’re not even a few minutes from the main bridge. In Venice everything everything was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go back and stsy therr again , I will recommend this property to my family to my friends to everybody the best outside

Finding a place with a little bit challenging, very close to Ponta Rialto, but entrance is in a dark alley, we were given the wrong room number, had to call and get things fixed, inside the place was very nice, oh very convenient location and nice place once you find it

Very nice apartment but...

Nice apartment and nice location. Only 2 donwsides, the layout of the buidling is rather strangeand it takes either 2 elevators (v small - room for 2 people with a bag each) and a change aftet the second floor to reach a 3rd floor apartment. Not easy if you're juggling with children, OR, climb almaot 80 stairs with luggage. The second issue needs some attention. If people let the main entrance door swing closed, it does not latch securely, which creates a security risk (with a number of homeless and street hawkers all around). Five times iver 3 nights we returned to find the door not closed properly. It has to be firmly pushed closed to latch securely- many people (maybe juggling kids and luggage too) just dont do that.

Great place, spacious for families, well situated

The apartment was perfect -- nice and spacious, and it had a full-size refrigerator. We were only there a single night, but it was great for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids and situated nicely for touring around Venice in our short trip -- not far from Rialto bridge. I was worried it might be too warm for July, but there were no problems. I would stay again!

I decided to get an apartment rather than getting two hotel rooms (an running the risk of not getting two adjacent rooms) for my family of 5 with kids. The apartment was really big, clean and beautiful. We received an email with a security code to access the building and a code to enter the unit. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in a deposit inside the building and go to our tour. Very convenient. I already recommended San Teodoro to Italian family members who will visit Venice soon.

Great location, communication, and staff attention. The property is centrally located and easily accessible, with convenient public transportation nearby. Staff were friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The only downside was the comfort level in the room. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the air conditioning system—installed through the floor without ventilation—didn’t effectively cool the space. Unfortunately, this made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. 😕
