San Vio -5 stars!!

We had an amazing start in the apartments!! Communication was exceptional and we even received a welcome gift of a complimentary drink at the hotel nearby. The location was perfect!! Close enough to the “big” attractions but far enough away to experience non-touristy areas too.

The property was clean, in a nice / quiet location and close to main sites and transportation. We had a great time in Venice. I also liked the hotel that this apartment was affiliated with. The staff was wonderful. However, I didn't get the code at check-in and had to go the hotel to get the code. Also, although the apartment was nice and clean, it lacked the character I expected.

Broken AC, no warning.

Location was good, facility was clean, no lift to 3rd floor (could be an issue for some). Plenty of room. Biggest issue was absolutely no AC. It was 90 degrees and we all slept with no sheets and cooling rags. We had no warning and no follow up I ce I mentioned something to their sister property at Nina. I only rented the place knowing it had AC. Huge mistake

The apartment is in a great location and the staff was responsive with our questions. The property itself is not great. The AC wasn’t working well and it was hot in early June. There were mosquitoes inside the apartment and my kids were bit throughout the stay. The bathrooms are very small. I am a petite person and I felt cramped in the shower. Lastly there is a skylight in the main bedroom and sunlight poured into the room as early as 5 am. So pack a sleeping mask if you want to sleep past 6 am.

Spacious apartment for a family of 5. Good comms with property management. Great pre-checkin and to get property access code in advance as our flight landed late in the evening. Good location near Accademia vaporetto and bridge. Would easily go back to it
