The Loredan is a sophisticated Venetian house on three levels with a truly charming private courtyard located in a quiet street of the Dorsoduro District.
It is a unique home: spacious, full of natural light, furnished with precious antiques, fabrics and objects belonging to Owner’s family for centuries.
The living room is divided from the private courtyard only by two ancient marble columns and a glass wall, conferring the feeling of a large open-air living room. In the courtyard are found interesting antique iron and stone details, a fireplace and a good size table with sun umbrella, for great out-door breakfasts or candle-light dinners!
From the courtyard you can access also the newly renovated steel kitchen where there is a large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, 5 burners gas stove, dishwasher, beside all the basic equipment of a modern kitchen. The ground floor is completed by a small but stylish toilet and a small entrance room.
A gorgeous wooden and metal staircase leads to the first floor, composed of: the main bedroom with a stunning antique four poster bed, a smaller but very charming bedroom with a small double bed (120x190cm), and a renovated bathroom with large shower. In the attic floor there is a third bedroom with a beautiful queen size bed and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub. In total this apartment sleeps comfortably 5 people. The rooms are enriched by a selection of interior details from the Owner’s family collection, expertly curated to confer that sophisticated flair of the Venetian eclecticism.
Amenities includes air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, autonomous heating, washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board. We suggest the Loredan apartment to discerning travellers who aim to experience the authentic side of Venice and antique lovers.
About the location: the general vibe in Campo Santa Margherita area is creative, youthful, relaxed and not touristy at all. During the daytime you can find a genuine open-air market for fruit, vegetable and seafood where locals and residents usually shop. In the lively square there are children playing, locals walking dogs, good shops and cafes. In the evening several bars and restaurants open till about midnight.
Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
