The pool was always a pleasant temp! Everything that’s needed for a beach day! A wonderful place especially if you have children or a couple of different families. Everything needed to prepare and cook for your family. Location is wonderful for short drives to the beach. We did have an issue with the refrigerator and the owner had a repair man come out to lol at it. The owner was very attentive in this manner.

We had a wonderful stay! Although it’s an older home it was in a very quiet neighborhood and the location was perfect! Close to everything but not in the mayhem of spring chaos!! I would highly recommend (except for my dates)

Great location near beaches, downtown, restaurants and shopping. Cute, well decorated home with very nice pool and patio. Chad is very responsive to calls and requests and does his very best to create an enjoyable experience. I recommend this property and would stay there again!

Last minute vacation

We booked our vacation 2 days before leaving and were thrilled that we were able to get a place relatively close to multiple beaches! When we got there the property exceeded our expectations! Eric was wonderful host and responded to all of my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Mixed feelings

Cute home partially updated in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the layout and openness to lanai and pool. The pool was great. Great location in Venice. The kitchen and bathrooms were not updated and cabinets had an old cottage smell. We had to clean and purchase cleaning supplies (Swiffer, dish soap) when we arrived. The brand new towels were not washed as well as the bathroom rugs had to be washed. The kitchen floor was not clean. The manager needed to come and powerwash the lanai because screws and nails were found from their partial remodel. We stayed for one month. There were no welcome letter with instructions when we arrived - when garbage pick up was, where the electrical panel was (we tripped a breaker), or places to see. If the place was more updated we would stay there again.

Christmas vacation

Great property for the price. Very quiet neighborhood and close to store's and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Pool was a perfect temperature. Only thing missing was maybe some sun lounger chairs. Will definitely stay there again!
