The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The hotel location was great. Close to the water bus for transportation, close to restaurants and shopping area. I found the room to be very small. The beds were too close to the wall with a TV set which I bumped my arm in several times.

He was extremely patient, resolved my situation with grace and his demeanor was such that has made me calm and helped me to accept the offer from the hotel which was good. Lovely place to stay for our break in Venice. Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble especially arranging transfers and water taxis. Very clean, bedding and towels spotless, lovely white dressing gowns provided in the room.Serenaded at breakfast by a young lady playing the violin, very lovely.

This hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Also, and very important in Venice, the entrance of the hotel is right off of the Grand Canal so that the taxi is able to take you directly to the hotel. For those that have been to Venice, you know how difficult it can be to drag your luggage around Venice.
