Comfortable rooms in an excellent location with a water taxi stop right oputside on the grand canal. Quiet despite being on the grand canal. Very well located just 15 mins walk from St Marks Sq. and shops nearby. The shower bath is very high though so tricky to get in and out for anyone with mobility pproblems. I am fit and healthy 1.78m and I have trouble getting in! Excellent service! Roof top terrace is lovely but you need to reserve a table and buy a drink to see it.

The best of Venice!

The staff were all very accommodating and at all times strived to make our stay enjoyable as well as comfortable. The staff took great care in meeting any request we might have, recommended restaurants and areas to visit as well as provided personalized care at all times. Overall a great location, wonderful staff and a memorable stay!

The room and view of the Canal was excellent. The restaurant in the Hotel was fair at best. The host at the front desk were kind but not very informative. The one thing they must improve on is helping guests with their luggage in the front door to the reception desk. 2 people just stood there watching you struggle with your luggage. Or they should have a luggage Guy at the front door.

Location is very good, especially being next to the Saint Angelo water Taxi stop. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Pity you couldn’t just get a coffee in the morning without participating in the breakfast. Great view from the rooftop bar maybe it gets busier at other times but I thought there was a bit of overkill about the booking as the both times I went up there. I was the only person there also the wine for €15 was not very good I don’t mind paying that I understand for the view but The wine could’ve tasted a bit better. I would have had a second glass of it did. Room was very clean but basic I think it was expensive for what it was and being shoulder season. It would be great if you could have been able to stream your own shows and music on the tv. This is a comment across the board for Europe so that all nationality’s can watch and listen to their own thing. After a long day of exploring sometimes it is good to relax and watch a movie or listen to music These are minor issues overall a lovely hotel in a very convenient position and I love Venice

The hotel is conveniently located at the foot steps of the water bus and xfr to airport boat. It is also close to all shopping and dinning. You have to plan on walking a lot. May be six or seven miles a day. One draw back is the hotel is pricy but it is a new construction and it is nice. Everything in Venice cost more.

I loved that this hotel was right on the Grand Canal. We had a room with a view and it was great. The area was quiet even with the Vaporetta stop right in front of the hotel, which is a bonus. So easy to get to and to get the Alilaguna back to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful with dining choices around the city. We were able to walk to all the attractions. I will say the carpet in our room appeared old and worn. The bathroom was adequate but a little cramped as there were toilet paper stands in the small space. But overall for a wonderful, comfortable stay I do recommend this hotel.

Excellent location on the Grand canal immediately beside the No 1 River Bus and with a water taxi mooring . very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a lovely quiet courtyard garden that’s an oasis

Best stay anywhere!

The staff was so very helpful, especially with getting around the city and to our next destination. Lorenzo, especially went out of his way and helped us get ourselves organized. Guiseppi was friendly, and so kind and we enjoyed his company immensely. Also makes a great spritzer!

Although the hotel is older it is well maintained. The staff was super helpful and the view was amazing. We had a junior suite on the winter. The only issue was there is wter bus stand right next to the hotel. IT was convenien t but we hard the noise of traffic there well into the evening.
