TERRACE WITH AMAZING VIEWS OVER THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA.

Apartment in a cute and quite little village full of flowers, called Grimaldi, with the most fabulous views over the sea, the French Riviera and the port and town of Menton-Roquebrune.

On arrival at Grimaldi a nice sea breeze will suddenly surprise you. The village hangs beautifully over the azure sea. Amazing view!

There is a beach below. Baia Benjamin and Balzi Rossi. Follow the path along the fruit trees down and you're there. About Fifteen minutes later you've settled on a spot on the beach with the clearest water and snorkel bays of the region. Back up the hill is a little heavier climb though!

The white independent house adorns a hill and is quietly watching the sea. In Grimaldi you will find pure authenticity of Italian life and tranquility, which is pretty rare in the region. You are close to nature and yet close to entertainment which you can find in the nearby cities such as Ventimiglia on Italian side and Menton and Monaco on the French side.

The inside of the apartment is simple but comfortable, light, outdoors and indoors merge into one another. Through the windows you can see the beautiful flowers and the blue sea can be seen everywhere. With nice weather (so usually) you look out over the Cote d'Azur to Antibes and sometimes even further from the terrace, the kitchen table and the sofa. The apartment consists of a kitchen and living area, bathroom with bath en toilet. Bedroom with cosy (small/1.40) 2 persons bed. Private terrace and balcony with sea views.

Grimaldi is a wonderful place to spend your vacation. Staying there in the sun, the village and the sea so close, you feel as free as a bird!

There are places in the main street where you can park your car for free. In some weeks in summer it can be busy and you might need to park a bit farther away and walk a few minutes through the village to the house. Grimaldi is small, and so are the streets. If you have a wide car, we advise you to leave it outside the village and have the little walk to the house.

To access the department is necessary to descend a staircase with 2 floors approximately. It is not recommended for people with mobility problems.

If you can, we advise you to rent a car or scooter to get around.

In high season and for special events in the region we rented at least one week or 5 days depending on the event or date. Saturday to Saturday preferred.
