Albergo carino in posizione tranquilla, abbastanza pulito e comodo per cala Rossano, una spiaggetta carina proprio sotto l’hotel. Peccato che il personale si curi di più del ristorante sottostante, sempre affollato, che dei servizi dell’albergo. Al mio arrivo mi sono lamentata del cattivo odore di stantio/ umidità della stanza: nessuno si è preoccupato di risolvere la situazione al che ho dovuto provvedere di comprarmi un assorbiodori a mie spese per riuscire a rimanere in stanza, visto che l’odore non passava neppure aprendo la finestra.il mobile frigo era impregnato d’acqua probabilmente a causa di un errato malfunzionamento dell’elettrofomestico. In più dalle 8 del mattino fino a mezzanotte inoltrata la musica del ristorante e il tono di voce sostenuto dei dipendenti non permetteva un riposo sereno nelle stanze. È un vero peccato, basterebbe solo un po’ più di riguardo verso i clienti perché la struttura è davvero carina!

Ventotene meravigliosa, ma improponibile: tutto è carissimo ma non rispecchia quanto si riceve O abbasano i prezzi o migliorano i servizi Sono tornata dopo 9 anni sull’isola e sono rimasta delusa: non è stato fatto nulla per mettere in sicurezza le coste e si accede al mare solo in barca o in una spiaggia affollatissima, le strutture ricettive sono rimaste quasi le stesse ma con i prezzi raddoppiati, i ristoranti carissimi, anche le gite in barca da 3 ore sono diventate di 2 a 20€.Che peccato! Al massimo per un we ma fuori stagione

L'hotel è molto bello, pulito con molto spazio all'aperto inclusa una sala per la colazione con vista mare splendida. Curata in molti particolari tra cui i tavoli bellissimi e fiori ovunque. La stanza era comoda x 3 persone dotata di aria condizionata. La struttura si trova proprio sopra una delle poche spiaggie dell'isola e in pochi minuti si arriva in centro. Personale super disponibile (trasporto delle valigia da-per porto compreso...super utilissimo!!). Colazione in particolare con tantissimi tipi di torte e dolci fatti in casa tutto buonissimo.

Siamo arrivati prima del previsto e la camera era comunque già pronta con aria condizionata accesa. Pulita e molto confortevole. Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile. Possibilià di rinfrescarsi nel pomeriggio, anche dopo aver lasciato la camera. Servizio trasporto bagagli. Insomma tutto perfetto. Quando ritorneremo a Ventotene di sicuro cercheremo di ritonare in questo Hotel.
