It was okay. I imagine they must have staffing shortages because we had to wait to check in for 10 minutes late at night when the front desk wasn’t staffed and no one was around. Our room didn’t have any towels when we arrived, and once they delivered some, one had a brown stain so we needed a replacement. The room was very dusty and for some reason there were no outlets near the beds or nightstand so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom. Probably wouldn’t stay here again since it cost over $200 for one night.

It was a fun stay. Includes breakfast and is right next to farmers market. Beach is nearby maybe 20min walk? My kids didn't think it was a hotel and just thought it was a big house because of the architecture. Rooms were a little dated but not bad. We will probably consider it next time we are in town.

nice stay

Nice cute downtown hotel. friendly staff and clean room. the room is a little tight and the parking situation is not great. the outside area looked nice but didn’t get to check it out. wish they had water bottles in the fridge since drugstores were not really walking distance. it got super loud at night but hopefully that’s unusual. the room started off hot but the AC was effective.

So, from the staff and general hospitality great! Ended up having to stay here due to overflow for my conference hotel. This is my new fave hotel in Ventura. Had a situation needed a lyric sheet printed. Staff helped me with with much appreciation!

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach.

Walking distance to the beach and downtown Ventura. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Helpful staff. The weekday breakfast selection was a bit basic but adequate. It might be more varied at weekends.
