The staff was eiger to serve and make sure you are comfortable. Unfortunately some guests weren't mindful and we're very loud Early morning so there is room for improvement from the administration. Paty and Angel are great individuals and should be acknowledged for their efforts!

las fotos semejan un hotel bonito confortable, y no lo es habitaciones muy feas, televisor no finciona bien, la puerta de acceso a la habitación en mal estado, el restaurante no funciona por la tarde noche, yo en lo particular no me volveria o hospedar en su hotel.

¡Estoy tan decepcionado con este alojamiento! 😞 Me dijeron que la habitación sería cómoda y espaciosa, pero la realidad es otra. Las fotos en línea no se parecen en nada a lo que encontré. El espacio es pequeño y apenas cabemos. Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Realmente esperaba algo mejor por el precio que pagamos. No quiero arruinar las vacaciones familiares, pero esto es un gran inconveniente. ¿Alguien más ha tenido una experiencia similar? La atención del personal muy bien, de los recepcionista y de la cafetería excelente trato , las camas muy bien todo limpio. Sólo algunos detalles en sanitario que emite olor a drenaje , no hay jaboneras y tampoco toalleros, agua para beber en la habitación.
