I like that each room has its own parking underneath the room. I like that it feels like each room has a sense of privacy that is greater than other hotels. I like the feeling of seclusion at the hotel once inside. The staff is very friendly. It would be nice if they upgraded some of the toiletries and towels.

Time to remodel and update

Old hotel that needed remodeling in 1990. The staff were nice and good, but there's only so much one can overlook. I stayed in the main hotel building and the rooms and common area needs a good scrubbing. i can't speak for the outside rooms. Bugs, and just plain worn out everything out cause me to not go back. Dining room was fine, and staff and food there were good too. i wouldn't let my Mother stay here.

Good for a trip on a budget

If you are traveling with kids and do not have a lot ot spend, this hotel is perfect. Beware of the the 'free' buffet. It is only free for adults and the children's price may suit people with older kids who eat a lot, but not smaller ones. Order off the menu. Bring your own bathtub stopper if you plan to use the tub, they do not provide them. The pool is great with lots of shallow areas for the small people. The price was right for this no frills hotel. The rooms were quiet and clean.

Pleasant stay despite a few problems

We experienced a problem with the magnetic key and could not use it until the lock was fixed a few hours later. Also had a problem accessing the internet until I was told that the password given was abbreviated, something that should have been pointed out. Actually, it is not very logical to use an abbreviation on a password (the instructions indicated VD Veracruz instead of the actual password Villas Dali Veracruz). Otherwise, everything else was fine and everyone was very helpful.

Este es uno de los mejores hoteles en el puerto por su relación costo/calidad, el staff es muy amable y las instalaciones en general muy limpias. Punto a mejorar: el precio del bufé, se nos hizo elevado y tomamos otra opción.

El hotel está en condiciones aceptables considerando el precio (<900 la noche) las camas están limpias, pero las alfombras y cortinas de baño ya están muy gastadas. La alberca es amplia y cómoda, con el agua templada, los baños están limpios.

Muy acogedor la habitacion el personal muy amable el Buffet muy rico era poquita variedad pero todo rico llegue antes de mi entrada fue en la madrugad gracias a Dios tenían una habitación disponible nos las dieron la piscina muy linda solo que le da muy directo el sol a la piscina y el agua estaba bien caliente pero todo muy lindo volvería a hospedarme ahí

En general la habitación estaba algo descuidada, una de las camas daba el aspecto que la hicieron sin cuidado porque estaba mal hecha, no había conectores para cargar el teléfono, encontramos uno en el baño y no servía, las sábanas, toallas ya se veían algo viejas, igual las almohadas, el baño terrible, una cortina súper fea que no tapaba nada y todo salpicaba, en la noche daba toda la luz de sus lámparas de afuera, lo único bueno era el clima, la ubicación y el estacionamiento ah y la alberca. Lo demás me hizo pensar que estaba en un motel de paso.

Está ubicado en un excelente lugar, queda cerca playas lindas y lugares a donde comer. Las habitaciones tienen un olor a humedad, considero que con una mejor limpieza el problema disminuiría y haría mejor la estancia. El personal amable, costo accesible y la alberca está lindísima! Si lo recomiendo y si volvería.
