Todo bien solamente el estacionamiento es pequeño y nos da inseguridad dejar el auto afuera. El personal que nos recibió en la noche de nuestra llegada no fue muy amable. El desayuno incluido no estaba claro.

Pésimo, no sabían de la reservación y me estaban cobrando doble; en la primera noche un hombre abrió la puerta del cuarto y trato de meterse como a las 4am (el hotel no hizo nada al respecto), el jacuzzi y la alberca no sirven, sirven el desayuno incluido a la hora que quieren (el segundo día esperamos una hora), cuando nos íbamos en la recepción no había nadie y tuvimos que ir a buscar a alguien del personal que nos recibiera las llaves; no pusieron ni papel de baño en el cuarto.

Gran valor por tu dinero

Las habitaciones muy agradables, el personal muy amable. El lugar es silencioso para descansar y está a una cuadra de la playa y malecón. Hay restaurantes cercanos y a menos de 10 minutos de centros comerciales. El desayuno es bueno (aunque podría ser un poquito más amplio). El área de alberca y áreas comunes son muy disfrutables.

El hotel es muy silencioso, la zona en la que se encuentra, es una zona residencial muy agradable y se encuentra muy cercano al mar. Su ubicación permite desplazarse fácilmente por todo Boca del Río y por Veracruz. La temática de un color por habitación genera un ambiente agradable y entretenido. Todas las áreas comunes son muy cómodas y la atención del personal es muy agradable.

Problemas con la regadera del baño

ME encanta ese hotel, me parece mun y confortable, excelente para descansar excelentes ubicación, pero en esta ocasión n o tuvimos agua caliente, problemas que nunca había tenido tebido, el lima estaba fresco por el norte, el agua de Lab regadera tiene muy poca presión y nunca salió agua caliente en la regadera, se reportó en 2 ocasiones pero nos comentaron que tardaban que estaba prendido el calentador, esperamos el tiempo necesario y fueron dos dias que nos pasó

Decepcionante

Es la tercera vez que me hospedo en este hotel. Mi primera experiencia hace dos años fue excelente, pero mi última estancia fue muy decepcionante. Las sábanas de la cama sucias y manchadas, la ducha y el lavabo con hongos, el secador de pelo cubierto de polvo y los jacuzzis la azotea ambos averiados. Lo único que sigue excelente fue el buen trato de las chicas de recepción y la señora del desayuno. No creo volverme a hospedar en este lugar. Que triste que vaya empeorando.

Bad Sevice!

The service sucks big time, Showed up tired from our trip, front desk never found the reservation, show email confirmation and after 10 minutes she gave us a room. Room was clean and a comfy bed. quite and excellent AC. We parked our rental car inside the small garage. They wake us at 8 AM asking us for a different car y told her that was a bad move, there is only 4 spots and cameras so they can check for the owner instead of waking everybody. The pools and jacuzzis on the top are great, nice sunset view. Sunda morning I have to leave early to catch my flight, Somebody parked right behind our car, she did not know the owner of the vehicle, she called every room at 6 AM, owner showed up at 7, I took a taxi to the airport, wife stayed in order to return the rental vehicle. No apologies just $200 pesos (12 Usd) for the taxi. There is only 4 spots inside, why you guys let a 5th car enter the garage, the access is controled by the front desk and they do it every night.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, para quienes preferimos no tanta gente, bien ubicado en un zona tranquila y bonita, las albercas y jacuzzis limpios, el cuarto muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario, bonita decoración, solo falta un poco mejorar la atención de las personas de recepción.

Problemas con mi reservación y con lo que incluia.

A mi en recepción llegada no tenian mi reservación la mostre en mi lap y aún me pidieron se las renviara, además no respetarón el plan de desayuno incluido aún cuando la reservación lo decía.
