Behind the house there is a garden with many plants that goes up the hill. At the highest part of the garden there is a flat sunbathing area with sunshades and deck chairs, from which there is an enchanting view of the Borromeo Gulf and the islands. Two parking spaces are available, one covered and one inside a single garage . In 5 minutes you could reach the centre and the lakefront by car or 15 / 20 minutes on foot .
