The house furnished in modern style has large windows from which you can enjoy the view of the Borromeo Gulf. The large living room with lounge, TV and dining area overlooks the covered porch equipped with dining table, barbecue and awning. In front of the porch there is a small well-kept garden with beautiful palm trees and also the brand new large 5-seater heated Jacuzzi tub. The ground floor competes with a large, well-equipped kitchen and a service bathroom, without shower. A designer metal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, one with lake view and one with garden view, and a bathroom with bathtub, also with garden view. In addition, there is the bright master suite with a double bed and a large terrace with lake view. This room has an en suite bathroom with shower. Behind the house there is a garden with many plants that goes up the hill. At the highest part of the garden there is a flat sunbathing area with sunshades and deck chairs, from which there is an enchanting view of the Borromeo Gulf and the islands. Below the house in the basement there is a bright suite to accommodate two extra guests with a bathroom where a modern sauna is available for guests. Two parking spaces are available, one covered and one inside a single garage . In 5 minutes you could reach the centre and the lakefront by car or 15 / 20 minutes on foot . This modern villa has all comforts and is ideal for a relaxing holiday enjoying the view, the garden and amenities such as Jacuzzi and Sauna. Small dogs are allowed for a fee.
