The main entrance leads directly into a large lounge which retains the architectural features of its origin. Hosting a large dining area, Piano Forte, gallery entertainment lounge and wonderful views.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront villa is designed for those who enjoy a private and secluded atmosphere amidst a warm aroma of botanical greenery. Truly special and unique property. The Alfresco dining area rests over the lake dressed in cascading wisteria and complete with large outdoor kitchen facilities including professional BBQ. Chef and catering services available on request.
The property is arranged over two floors, one dedicated for the bedroom areas and one for the living space.
The location is a hotspot in Lake Maggiore sitting conveniently just off a one way road suitable for exploring the lake via boat, car or helicopter.
