Located in the main square of Vergiate, Casa Pasquee is an accommodation facility consisting of three recently renovated units. Civic No. 2 is a 75 sqm three room apartment on two levels with an entrance on Piazza G. Matteotti. Next to it are apartments 8 and 10, one on the first floor and the other on the ground floor, both spacious 60 sqm two room apartments on a single level with an entrance from a typical Lombard courtyard.

Casa Pasquee 10 is located on the ground floor with access from a typical Lombard courtyard. The side facing the square has a private patio with a table and chairs to offer relaxing moments outdoors. It is furnished in a modern style and features top of the line amenities to make your stay comfortable: high speed internet connection (fiber optic) with Wi Fi throughout the property, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, espresso machine, living room with a large sofa, 40" FHD monitor with a PC at your disposal, Amazon FireTV system connected to the monitor for watching YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video/music, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, washing machine with detergent, ironing accessories, vacuum cleaner, and air conditioning.

Identity and residency documents are required for each guest in compliance with current laws, along with payment of the tourist tax. Guests must inform us of their arrival time (at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check in). If you wish to use the self check in service, it must be requested by providing the required documentation. Instructions will be sent after booking. We kindly ask you to keep it clean as if it were your own, especially the kitchen area and dishes, which should be returned clean and in order. Please also empty the refrigerator and take out the trash. This will help us avoid additional cleaning fees. All our accommodations are NON SMOKING, and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
