We arrived and were told we couldn’t use visa debit when I called ahead and was told we could, I had to argue for over ten minute then to be told we could use cash, we came into a DISGUSTINGLY dirty room/bathroom, our tv remote doesn’t even work and I over all just feel completely disrespected and like I wasted my money on a DIRTY HOTEL!!!

The room was very economical and convenient for a function we were attending. The room was very spacious and clean. We rented a king room, but it was more like a suite and very large, so was very happy with that. The breakfast was nothing special, but coffee and a piece of toast was all I was interested in, which were fine. The only item that wasn't great, and I had noted in other reviews, was the fact that the building is wood construction, so the floors squeak and there was one or two trains passing by. But that bit of noise did not bother us, given that the hotel across the parking lot was over a hundred dollars more at night. I would definitely stay again.

The Meridian was a very clean and quiet property. The breakfast hours are 5-9 am. We have had breakfast there on a previous visit and it was great. Wish it was until 10 am. There appear to be several construction workers staying in the hotel so I am sure they appreciate the breakfast hours. Easy accessible to diners and malls. Great location! Next to highway 16. The property is handicap accessible. However there are no walk-in showers.

Train track hotel

The hotel was newer and looked great. The room smelt like the dirtiest feet you ever smelt. And the train tracks were right beside the hotel. The train went by 4 times during the night and kept me awake most of the night very very loud. I will never stay there again.
