Room was dirty. Shower had absolutely no pressure. Staff was less than ideal. Missing TV remotes would not recommend this place. I would’ve been better off sleeping in a truck.

Cleanliness of rooms definitely going downhill. Had to stand at the front desk to check out for a good 10-15 minutes, before anyone appeared so I could check out. I stood there basically hollering Hello, I even tried phoning the front desk, a female finally showed up, from a back room off the dining area.

Parking was easy, there were only 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot, the room was clean, the provided sink soap did not work well with the hard water, the continental breakfast would rate a 3 out of 5.

The room was clean. The heat was turned off on a -21 c night. Only a thin blanket provided. The room was very cold. The clerk kept saying we did not book a pet room, even though I messaged through the app, that we were traveling with two small dogs.

Limited parking with outlets. In winter it’s not easy to walk over to the restaurants. Continental breakfast had some options but was mediocre. The sleeping area was clean and heating system worked nicely. Bathrooms were decently clean but the tub did not drain. For what I paid, I was pleased with the stay.
