The property was ok. The tub curtains needed to be washed or replaced as they smelled really bad of bacteria. I also unfortunately picked up a rash/infection from the towels. It took 4 - 5 days to clear up with self care at home. Topical antibiotic and Sudocrem. First time that has ever happened to me. Maybe they overfilled the washing machine and the towels never rinsed properly?

Clean, quiet, beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the breakfast in the morning. Wasn’t enough food and ran out of utensils. I have shared my concern with the Pomeroy.

Have stayed here before and sadly felt let down this time. Was placed at the very end of the hall next to the stairs and asked to move but not accommodated. One chair in room was not straight, had to be exchanged for kitchen type straight backs. No housekeeping done between nights. Ran out of kleenex , toilet paper. Bed not tidied, garbage not emptied. Front desk frequently left unattended while staff did other duties. Rang for help at checkin, getting kleenex, etc. Coffee weak and tasteless at breakfast, not available after breakfast hours as lobby coffee( always empty). Bathroom vent flood on 2nd night. Constant running, then dripping, needed bucket and blocked toilet. Had to pack up and move rooms middle of the night. Pool ok, breakfast ok but not great
