As a hotel, it’s fine. But the way they handled my deposit was ridiculous and unprofessional. I left a $50 damage deposit and was told part of it would be refunded after deducting a restaurant fee. According to them, I was supposed to get about $34.88 back — but I was also charged separately for the restaurant fee, so I should have received the full $50.
Weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. I’ve spent way too much time calling back and forth, and every conversation goes nowhere. Honestly, it feels like they’re hoping people just forget about their deposits so they can keep the money. That’s not just sloppy management — it borders on dishonest.
Frustrating experience, terrible follow-up, and zero accountability. I won’t be staying here again.
