A beautiful property located within 100 yards of prime shopping, restaurants and the Coliseum. The one mile walk to the train station offered maximum flexibility and convenience traveling to Sirmione on Lake Garda and Venice. We would definitely stay here again...

We absolutely loved our stay at Opera Relais de Charme. We were firstly warmly greeted by their friendly staff who assisted us to have a much earlier check in as well as upgraded our room. The room was immaculately prepared and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed were there and more. The bed was super comfortable. A Lavazza coffee machine coffee capsules were provided. We found out there was going to be a train strike on the day of our departure. The staff were helpful and happy to answer our questions. It was most valuable at a time we were anxious and lost about the situation. The location is really convenient right at the heart of Verona in the middle of Piazza Bra, Piazza Erbe and Piazza Signori with plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from We highly recommend Opera Relais de Charme. We will most definitely go back there when we return to Verona.

The location of this hotel was perfect walking distance to Termini, the bus stops, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. We were able to leave our luggage for the day before checking in and again after checking out. The room size was perfect for two also. We don’t visit Rome a lot but if we go back, definitely the perfect location for a short or long trip.

Fantastic apartment

Superb location for a stay in Verona and ideal for shopping. Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much bother for them . The receptionist recommended and booked a fabulous restaurant for us, apologies for not getting your name. The apartment was exceptionally clean , spacious and well equipped . I will definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends and will be returning to it in the future

My sister and I spent a lovely long weekend here, we were in town to see the opera. This apartment hotel is just a 4-minute walk away from the Arena. Such a fab location. Staff super friendly, rooms very clean and spacious. You have cooking facilities, kettle, microwave, small fridge. Highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family of three stayed here for three weeks while my spouse worked with the Opera festival. The suite was a very good amount of space, with a separate bedroom and a pull out couch that was very easy to set up and put away every day for my son. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Cleaning staff was Kind and efficient. They provided complementary bottles of water and coffee pods every day. Location is quite central. The kitchenette is well stocked, and cooking simple meals was pretty easy. It is no problem to walk this city from here, though there are quite a lot of tourists in the vicinity. Be aware you must climb a small flight of stairs before accessing the elevator. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

An extremely well located hotel, just steps away from the main shopping areas and the Arena. The accommodation was spacious with a sitting room and an attentive reception. No bar or restaurants but all that was steps away! Stay there if you like being in the old town and take in the atmosphere
