This cosy 21 sq. m studio, recently renewed, is located on the 1st floor (without elevator) and is composed of :
- a pleasant living space with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- an open well equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher)
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WiFi.

Please note that the area is lively during the day and evening.

Right in the city centre, near all transports and shops, you can easily reach the emblematic places of the city: the Notre Dame market, the Place d'Armes or the Marie-Antoinette estate, as well as the famous Palace of Versailles 10 min away on foot. Finally, you will be able to reach the capital of France, Paris, in 40 minutes by transport.
