The Space:

Situated in one of the city's finest beaches, renowned for its Blue Flag status and excellent accessibility, our villa is conveniently located near restaurants, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Immerse yourself in the seamless fusion of nature and design with a glass tunnel connecting the dining area to the bedrooms, offering serene garden and mountain views on one side, and direct access to the pool with captivating sea vistas on the other. Unwind in the sun-soaked pool lounge, equipped with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Take in the invigorating sea breeze from the second balcony, complete with a jacuzzi, an outdoor dining table, and a gas barbecue boasting panoramic sea views. Pool heating is available for 70 euro/day, with a minimum of 5 days. Please notify us at least 4 days in advance to ensure it is ready for you.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the pool, garden, and all indoor amenities. The Portugal Active concierge service is available 24/7 to cater to all your needs, such as organizing local excursions or booking private chef services. Please request any service at least 72 hours in advance.



Important Notes:

- During your stay, regular garden and pool maintenance may take place. These interventions are important to ensure that all equipment remains clean, functional, and safe to use.

- During the high season (May to October), the pool is maintained regularly to ensure the best experience for our guests.

- In the low season (November to April), the pool remains operational with regular maintenance, guaranteeing comfort and quality throughout the year.

- If you wish to have the pool heated, please notify us at least 5 days in advance.
