Lovely french stone house in the heart of a fortified village, located 30 min from Agen, for up to 10 guests with 4 ensuite bedrooms (1 ensuite bedroom is located on the groundfloor) + 1 extra bedroom. With 2 inner courtyards not overlooked ! One courtyard is the greenery part of the house with outside lunch, seating areas and nice trees providing shade. A big private swimming pool is accessible into the other courtyard. With ping pong table, long chairs and umbrellas + inside room with yoga mattresses

Our vast 450m2 house in the heart of the medieval bastide town of Vianne, with 2 private, walled courtyards, not overlooked, welcomes you all year round for stays of 2 nights or more.

Situated in a quiet little street, a stone's throw from the village square with all the shops open all year round. This house has 2 interior courtyards that are not overlooked. The property crosses and its two extremities are located in 2 different streets. The front courtyard with its small garden at the main entrance to the property is the perfect place to enjoy the greenery and shade of its protective trees. A shaded dining area is available with a gas barbecue and direct access to the kitchen.

The house is built of natural stone and stays cool in summer. However, there are fans in all the bedrooms should you need them.
On the ground floor, you have access to a large fully-equipped kitchen, adjoining the dining room. A lounge with sofas, fireplace and smart TV is also available on this level.
There are 3 ensuite bedrooms upstairs in the house + 1 extra double bedroom sharing bathroom facilities. The last ensuite bedroom is on the ground floor, and includes an ensuite bathroom with bath and a large Italian walk-in shower. Perfect for seniors!

Upstairs, we also have a large games room (45 m2) with wooden floors, including a large smart TV, sofas, yoga mats and cushions, board games and a multi-games table for teenagers with table football.

The 2 courtyards are separated by an indoor reading loggia with blackout blinds, further sofas, another TV and large picture windows that make the room extremely bright if required.

The swimming pool (8m x 4m) in the rear courtyard is completely private and walled. It is not overlooked. It is unsupervised and protected by an alarm. Sun loungers, garden furniture and parasols are also available in this area, as well as a table tennis table (balls and rackets included).

A separate laundry room with sink + washing machine and tumble dryer of 8/10kg each is also available in the house.

There is a lot of nice restaurants, including in the village (2 are a block from the house). Vianne is a very charming, unique and animated village with somes shops (grocery, bars, tobaccos..). During summer there is a producers night market every friday night, and every evening into the local villages around.

You can visit from here some nice and numerous vineyards, explore the Village of Larressingle in the Gers (fortified village), Fources (round village). Go to vist the Abbaye de Flaran, the Château de Lavardens. Have a trip to visit the Bonaguil Château. Have a boat trip on the Baïse River inside a authentic wooden boat and visit the Henri IV chateau in Nérac, Go to the saturday weekly market in Nérac, go for a bike tour in the Landes Forest.

For kids, there is the attraction park Walligator (30min), and Aqualand water park (30 min), or tree climbing in Cap Cauderoue (20 min), or Cité de l'Espace and "Halle des Machines" in Toulouse (1h30).

With 2 hours driving, you can go to the Atlantic coast in Mimizan, or go to Toulouse or Bordeaux.

Our property is available all year round for stays of 2 nights or more. Except July and August. 1 week minimum.

Pets are accepted at no extra charge (only one pet max per stay). The property is fully fenced.

Bed linen and towels are included for each occupant. Beds are made on arrival.

Long-term stays are accepted from October to April. A supplement of 300€/month will be charged for heating.
