Great staff and location and comfy beds

The laundry coin selling machine didnt work with tap. One of the two washing machines didn't work. One of the two dryers didnt work. But, the entire staff is top notch. Very pleasant and helpful. And great location. And great breakfast place next door.

It was very odd. There was a random bar Of soap on the bathroom counter. I literally thought my friend had brought it. Which I thought seemed odd. Turns out she didn’t bring it. Why was this left in our room. There was a stain on my pillow.

Noise all night from outside

Noisy surrounding. We can't sleep properly. Thw hotel management should address the issue. We came to relax in this hotel, however 2 nights the noise from a party somewhere outside is really bothering. You can literally feel the bass in your chest. Generally the hotel and the staffs are friendly. Just the comfort is not recommendable to older guests. We hope the next guests won't experience what we had.
