If you are looking for a location that is walkable, this is the one. Unfortunately this BW does not offer the free breakfast, however there were options that we could walk to. It is a older hotel that was kept clean, and the staff were great. Only issue we came accross was the parking when we first arrived. We opted for the valet car park option and were not able to find a spot to leave our car in front of the hotel as non-hotel cars decided to park in hotel designated spots. It was also a very busy Saturday in the city and difficult to find a spot close by to unload our bags. However, that said, even with this minor inconvenience, we still enjoyed our stay at this location. Aside from check in time, there were no issues afterwards with our car being brought out of valet or getting parked. Therefore, I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Hotel offers great service

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the sights you would want to see in Victoria. The service was excellent and they checked in with me via SMS text a couple of times during the day. The only negative during my stay was the noise from the night club that is located in the same building. I could hear and the feel the vibrations from the music.

Horrible! They cancelled our room without telling us. Said they tried to take $2 off our card, lie! No way that wouldnt have went through. Busy weekend in victoria everything in town was booked our family of 6 was stuck without a place to stay.

Great place. The staff was friendly and always checking to make sure our needs were met. They checked us in way early, which was great. The room was large and comfortable, but basic. Small fridge, Keurig machine, water kettle but no microwave. Can't beat the location. Right in the heart of Victoria and easy walk to all major attractions and great restaurants. Breakfast not included but there is a restaurant in the building open for breakfast and lunch. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved the room and the friendly helpful staff, and the coffee machine in the lobby. The night club base sounds when open. Perhaps a bit uneasy on Douglas St. in the evenings.
