Great location, good value

On arrival toilet not working, informed front desk who said they would sort it. Four hours later same problem but late at night so too late to resolve. Morning reception staff had proper maintenance staff fix the issue, which is what should have been done straight off. No air conditioning but there was a modern tower fan in the room which sufficed. Excellent location in the Harbour. Good value, clean hotel. Very helpful day time front counter staff.

We liked the great location and friendly and helpful staff. Good dining options too. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We really would have liked an air conditioner in our room though.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Was worried as we heard the noise above the bar was a lot, but we didn't hear a thing! Love that there was a place to sit down below, order a drink and people watch.

Great location and clean (walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go). Free shuttle to Malahat skyway was right across the street. Pool was nice (and so was the hot tub). All in all a great stay.
