WORST HOTEL EVER

First room stank of urine. Second room was an internal room facing enclosed courtyard. Dull airless drab.Poor quality furniture. Air-con not working. No personal safe. Bed base was chipboard screwed onto metal-very uncomfortable. Bath lacked a non-slip mat and safety handrail.Housekeeping was poor..a dead beetle I found on the floor on arival was still in place on departure."Hot" buffet breakfast was STONE-COLD on some days. Most staff aloof and avoided all contact with guests. WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN ANYWHERE.
