Great location next to the BC legislature building. Very walkable to the harbor and downtown core. Good size room, clean. hotel is presently undergoing some updating but all areas in good condition. friendly staff. Had a very pleasant stay and very good value compared to neighboring hotels.

Very clean, good, happy staff. Did not appreciate not being told there was a twenty dollar per night parking fee no matter if you parked undercover, underground or outside. We were not given the options at check in. When I question this matter I was simply told that it is on their website.
