This was in a great location. But, the room was pretty blah and it was very noisy. You could hear every step the upstairs neighbors took. I wouldn't stay there again as it was on the more expensive side. I would have rather been farther out than had noise 24/7.

Great location and fair price. Pet friendly with spacious rooms. Breakfast was basic but no complaints. Hotel seems to be a favorite for tour groups and large groups of kids/teenagers that were rather loud and seemingly unchecked by their chaperones or hotel staff but we would still stay here again.

We had a great time at the property and surrounding areas. It was pretty quiet. Staff was kind. The room was nice and was given a free upgrade to a suite which we enjoyed. It was pretty close to shopping and stores, also close to bus routes.

I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was great. We booked 2 rooms and our rooms were well appointed. The location is right across from the inner harbor and ferry terminal. The buffet breakfast is quite good. Staff were very accommodating. The only drawback was the construction going on during the day, so I couldn't take a little nap during the afternoon. Otherwise, everything was great. And let's not forget the fabulous jewelry that my husband bought for me for our anniversary from a beautiful staff member.

We originally booked a room called the Buckingham- everything was on the same level.However, the day before we arrived, we were asked if we would switch to a different room with a loft. Since we were told that it was an upgrade, we didnt hesitate and accepted the offer. However, it ended up as a down grade for us in our view. In hindsight, I wish we never accepted the hotel's offer to upgrade. Not only was the bed in a loft with lots of stairs ( which we knew ahead) but we were disappointed that we had no tv up in the loft. . Another issue was the air conditioning- it was difficult to cool the upper level where our bed was located so it was warm making it difficult to sleep. Although we complained, nothing was resolved. So a loft room is NOT AN UPGRADE. However, the location of the hotel was great and the free breakfast was good.

The property is in a great location. The area at the back is lovely as it looks out over the harbour and is like a garden. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast room and the breakfast itself is better than most I've experienced. The only minor drawback is the access to the parking garage is awkward.
