This hotel came highly recommended by a friend and I could not agree more. The Magnolia Hotel and Spa was fabulous. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely personable. They made excellent dining recommendations and went above and beyond to see to our comfort. The location of this hotel is perfect, steps from the Harbour. I will absolutely stay at The Magnolia again.

We arrived via the Clipper, around 1130, and front desk was able to check us in. Room was very clean, spacious. All staff were very friendly, especially front desk and The Courtney Room. In my reservation I said that we were celebraring my birthday and my Mom's 80th and Alfonso gifted us with some rosé and some delicious caramel corn with a little birthday card to us both. WHEN I come back to Victoria I will definitely be staying here again

This place is clean, and the staffs are very friendly. The rooms are always tidy and well-stocked with fresh towels. I will definitely book here again. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy walking access to attractions around Victoria. The only downside is the lack of parking spots.

I stay at this hotel often for work. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with an array of small touches throughout which make you feel at home. The restaurant is wonderful and the bar staff make the best cocktails. Definite recommend.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and their customer service was top notch, they made our experience memorable. The hotel room itself was clean and they provided refreshments and snacks throughout the day. The location was central to many of the tourist attractions to visit, all within walking distance.
