The front desk when checking in was excellent I asked for a microwave and they brought it up promptly and set it up for me in the morning when I needed help with getting my breakfast voucher the front desk was very nice and courteous to me. What disturbs me was the customers that stayed at the hotel, I was in room 308 and down the hall and 303 there was an inappropriately loud couple with loud music and inappropriate noises I had called the front desk concerned about a woman screaming and they sent security there but it turns out she wasn't in trouble just making Extremely Loud Noises along with inappropriate whipping this was from 3:00 to 5:00 in the morning. So the next morning I asked nicely if that couple are going to continue being there that night and I was informed they weren't but that night the floor below us was a person on the patio blasting his computer music again really early in the morning. In addition the room was noisy some humming I don't know if it was the refrigerator but it was a noisy room we stay there for two nights and I have the worst sleep ever. I will never stay here again!

We reserved a room with two queen beds and got only one king bed and a sofa bed. The carpet was wet and mild we and when we reserved it, there were additional rooms by the time we checked, and they said it was the last room and no option to move.

There were gaps at the bottom of door, no microwave in room, and no at elevator area lacked lighting (only security camera) The on-site restaurant is convenient and food okay but prices are higher side.
