Private: well-kept garden 1'600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool fenced (10 x 4 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 10.Oct.) with shutter cover. Outdoor shower, boules, terrace. Motor access (100 m via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 6.5 km, sandy beach "Fréjus, Ste-Maxime" 30 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye du Thoronet, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Calanques de Cassis. Villa mit Stil

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Isula und können wieder nur Bestnoten vergeben. Das Anwesen bietet im Vergleich zu anderen Angeboten in der Region ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ist stilvoll und bestens ausgestattet und absolut ruhig gelegen. Im Gegensatz zu früher sorgen Kühlgeräte und Ventilatoren auch in der heißen Jahreszeit für angenehme Raumtemperaturen. Auf Fragen vor Ort reagierten die Vermieter rasch und unkompliziert. Ein Feriendomizil für Entspannung und Erholung pur.

Gepflegtes Domizil

Die "Villa Isula" ist ein geräumiges, sehr gepflegtes, gut ausgestattetes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit Bouleplatz und großem Grundstück, das nicht einsehbar und rundum mit einem Zaun und elektrischem Tor gesichert ist. Wir, vier Erwachsene mit Hund, haben dort eine erholsame Woche verbracht und nicht zuletzt den Pool ausführlich genossen. Allerdings wurde er während unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Das Haus würde deutlich mehr Sonnenschutz vertragen: Da die Sonne bereits in den Vormittagsstunden auf die Süd-Fassade scheint, heizen sich die Zimmer an heißen Tagen enorm auf. Ein größeres Vordach könnte Abhilfe schaffen, dann könnte auch die großzügige Terrasse während der Sonnenstunden ausführlicher genutzt werden. Eine Klimaanlage im Haus wäre hilfreich, die überhitzten Räume kühlen trotz Dauereinsatz der bereit gestellten Ventilatoren selbst nachts kaum ab. Wir kommen trotzdem gerne wieder, die „Villa Isula“, die auch über einen Bouleplatz verfügt, bietet beste Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten Urlaub und ist ein prima Standort für Ausflüge in die attraktive Umgebung. Im nur wenige Minuten entfernten Städtchen Vidauban findet man alles Notwendige für das tägliche Leben.
