A beautiful newly built semi-detached 2 bedroom villetta with garden, patio and bedroom terrace area for relaxing purpuoses - free double car parking space, right next to your own private garden area and a shared swimming area reserved only to residents of this specific complex. The property as air-conditioning and all new electrical appliances : dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge freezer, oven/hob,microwave, coffee and tea makers ecc... It is tastefully decorated with blues and whites reflecting the sea areas. It is only 5 minutes away to the beach and has many local restaurants and places to visit. Children will love the water theme park only a 15 minute drive away. There are many beaches with sand colours and rocks - Limpid water and fishing is recommended . The surrounding areas are safe for families and it offers entertainment for bothe the younger and the older of age - with music, food and festivals going on in the different villages .
