Our bright, spacious apartment in 8 near the center. Vienna district offers comfort and spaciousness. Since our guests should feel comfortable, we have placed special emphasis on the loving furnishing of the individual rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. TV has more than 100 channels, WiFi is free to use.

In the same building is our local tunnel Vienna Live, which has been established for decades, where you can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner.

In the evening there is often the opportunity to listen to a concert in our music cellar. In the summer months, our sidewalk garden invites you to linger outdoors. In our area there is a large selection of gastronomic tasting. City Hall, Burgtheater, Votivkirche, Altes AKH etc. are within walking distance.

Funktional und bequem statt SchickiMicki

Die Lage des Appartements hatte ich bereits bei der Buchung im Blick gehabt. Und tatsächlich waren wir in der Josefstadt mittendrin. Kurze Wege brachten uns überall hin. Wichtigste Kriterien: Betten und Dusche. Hier gibt es 10 von 10. Betten mit giten Matratzen bestückt, ein Bad/Dusche, mit dem wir richtig etwas anfangen konnten. DFie Wohnung ist recht weitläufig, was bei der herrschenden Hitze sehr angenehm war. Die Ausrüstung war funktional und brauchbar. Da das Haus einen Aufzug hat, braucht keiner Angst wegen Kofferschleppen zu haben. Der Gastgeber hat (fast) im Erdgeschoss des Hauses (einmal um die Ecke rum) eine ausgefallene Kneipe, deren Speisekarte sich nicht verstecken muss. Rundum tolle Tage in Wien (und vielleicht können die Fluggesellschaften auch zuverlässig beim Gepäck werden. Diese Buchung war die absolut richtige! Agentur? Weiß nicht, was das Stichwort meint. Aber die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war völlig komplikationslos. Er hat sich direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert.
