The place is old in not a nice way. Might have been luxurious at its time but now it is lacking. The internet in the room did not reach at all. The so called business centre uses Windows XP which doesn’t allowed me to do any work.

The shower gel never been refilled

It’s nice and convenient. The bad thing was they didn’t fill up the liquid soap in the shower nor check it. It ran out off since the first day. Luckily, we brought our shower gel. Besides that it’s all great.

Room adequate, clean. Not many options to shop or eat nearby. Very impersonal. Breakfast ok but nothing special. WiFi unavailable most of the time and staff not helpful about that. Nothing Viennese about it, just a very big hotel. Walkable from Underground train.

They primarily entertain huge groups, it is not a convenient hotel for regular folks . The rooms are very small and so are the beds and there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms . There is construction all over the place.

The staff was very polite but room was not cleaned on the first day. Also, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty and even after calling the reception desk twice it was refilled until that night. So we had to take a shower with hand soap in the morning.

It was only 150 yards from Pilgrimage station. So convenient with a few food places also open to late. The room was large and entire hotel clean. Had plenty of guests. Perfect for us and child. Loved it. Staff were all helpful.
