Friendly staff, very comfortable, clean, large room. Convenient location close to the airport train and tram. Rich breakfast. We will return to the hotel the next time we visit Vienna.

Once a hotel offering courtessies and upgrades, now it offers only a tea boiler kettle. Management has closed the executive lounge, removed the coffee machines from rooms and cancelled the complementary minibars in Premiun rooms. You pay the same but get far less if at all. What used to be a symbol of Austrian class and hotelier courtessy is now more of a very humble zero courtessy bed and breakfast. Very sad to see this hotel become so poor and depart from its previous elegance to this minimal service.

Love everything about this place.

Love this hotel. The room we had was spacious and has everything we need. It was only for one night but I definitely feel like I should stay longer. Love the location and the bed was very comfortable.
