This place was great! The only big thing that wasnt great were the soaps and shampoo was combined, the keys needed to be replaced almost every time we came in and they said that it was because it was too sensitive. We also only got free water once from the hotel. The air conditioning was good

Would be decent if mini fridge would be working

Mini fridge in the room didn’t work, when we reported it to the reception we been told that they are phasing out mini fridges so they won’t do anything about it. What 4* hotel doesn’t have a mini fridge in the room? It’s an essential part of the stay. We have received a complimentary bootle of Austrian sparkling wine, but it was warm and we couldn’t cool it down because fridge wasn’t working. So while we are grateful for the gesture- we couldn’t enjoy it. Otherwise hotel was nice and very well looked after, room was spacious and clean, and in a very convenient location.

A very nice hotel to stay in as it is close to Belvedere and to the central parts of Vienna as well as being less expensive than hotels in the central location.

Modern. Clean. Huge rooms. Very close- about 4 minutes walking to Rennweg train station that connects you with main attractions in Vienna as well as the airport train. I would happily stay again. The one thing I would like to see fixed is the card situation. If your key card is too close to a phone or something magnetic or an electronic device, it will deactivate the card. So several times during my stay I had to go downstairs because I couldn’t get into my room and they had to reactivate my card.
